Marcus André was born on April 19, 1990 in Portimão, Portugal. He makes his first television appearance at the age of 14 in the TV series “Mundo Meu” for TVI and moves away from home at the age of 15 to pursue his career in acting. Later, Marcus takes the leap and moves to London where he graduates with a Musical Theatre Diploma by the Trinity Guildhall College London and worked on several musical projects, such as “God Spell”, “The Legacy”, “The Wiz”, while joining casts in the film and television industries in the UK. Throughout the years, Marcus has worked in a professional theatre company as a resident actor and director assistant, while appearing in several TV series including popular TV soaps such as “Jura”, “Morangos Com Açucar” and most recent “Na Corda Bamba” by Rui Vilhena, nominated for an international Emmy Award. Currently he works between Lisbon, Berlin and London.
