Inês M Dias licenciou-se em Teatro ramo de atores, pela Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema e formou-se no Actors Studio, em Londres. Estudou ainda Teatro Físico na Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático, em Madrid.
É fluente em Inglês, Francês e Espanhol.
Estreou-se profissionalmente como atriz no Teatro Nacional Dona Maria II, onde estagiou profissionalmente na temporada 2018/2019. Desde então integrou diversas produções, trabalhando nacional e internacionalmente como atriz com encenadores como Tiago Rodrigues, Nuno Cardoso, Caterine Marnas, Teresa Coutinho, Tiago Guedes, Ricardo Neves-Neves, Lígia Soares, Maria João Luís, Mário Montenegro, Pedro Saavedra, José Leite, Visões Úteis, Companhia Mascarenhas Martins, entre outros.
Em 2023 integrou o elenco da produção internacional “Pour que les vent se lèvent – Une Orestie” de Gurshad Shaheman, uma produção do Thèâtre National de Bordeaux e do Teatro Nacional São João. Este espetáculo teve digressão por vários teatros Nacionais em França e Portugal.
Em cinema protagonizou a curta-metragem “pí.lu.la” realizada por Tiago Cerveira e integrou o elenco da curta-metragem “A Rainha” realizada por Lúcia Pires.
No ano de 2026 foi a artista premiada com a bolsa de investigação artística “Reclamar Tempo” do Campus Paulo Cunha e Silva e da Ágora Porto.

Ines Dias is a Portuguese actress with a B.A in acting from Lisbon Theatre and Film School (former National Conservatory of Portugal). She studied acting for screen at the Actors Studio in London and physical theater in Madrid, at the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático (RESAD).
She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
She made her professional debut as an actress at the National Theater Dona Maria II in Portugal. Since then, she has worked both nationally and internationally as an actress with renowned directors such as Tiago Rodrigues, Nuno Cardoso, Caterine Marnas, Teresa Coutinho, Tiago Guedes, Ricardo Neves-Neves, Lígia Soares, Maria João Luís, Mário Montenegro, Pedro Saavedra, José Leite, among others.
